Does it get more Canadian than carving a one-acre Canadian flag on a frozen lake?
This massive undertaking in the Okanagan on Duck (Ellison) Lake took 13 people, a bit of planning and a few hours of execution.
Local resident Stuart Sutton organized the project and a dozen volunteers helped create the giant ice flag for Flag Day (February 15th) and as a display of National pride.
