Okay – first thing to note – this was my first ever facial, so I had no idea what to expect except a clean face.
Let me tell you, when I walked into the clinic, I was greeted by the friendliest staff! Liana is the Lead Medical Aesthetician and so kind. We started with the VISIA Skin Consultation, which took about 30 minutes. This is a skin analysis with varying depths. It was great to see what’s going on under the skin, too. I was able to chat my skin care routine with Liana and get some tips.
Then, the coup de grâce… the Pacifica MD Signature Facial. I walked into a room with a warm bed and comfortable bedding! The bed is heated… let me repeat for those in the back… THE BED IS HEATED!
Liana then proceeded with her magic fingers. The skin care was custom to my skin’s needs. Every serum applied was a massage – a face massage. My word, it was phenomenal and thorough. You don’t even know – a neck and shoulder massage is included! I was puddy in Liana’s hands.
This magic lasted for an hour and I caught myself nodding off a few times… Liana assured me most clients fall asleep during these treatments. It’s that relaxing.
When the treatment was completed, I reluctantly got up. But, my face felt so fresh and rejuvenated! I thought maybe my face would be red or flushed, which would make me want to avoid being in public. That wasn’t the case! My skin was glowing – no redness and no rosy/blushed look.
I left with a giant smile and some Nelly De Vuyst® skincare samples. 10/10 recommend!
